Once I have placed an order online, can I make changes to or cancel?
We strive to make your shopping experience with us enjoyable. We will be more than happy to assist you in any capacity relating to our site or questions that you have about your handmade clothing and jewelry order as well as inquiries about items that we carry. Please call our Wings Hawai'i team at (808) 579-3110 during store hours (10 am-8 pm Hawai'i Standard Time) or feel free to e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once an order is paid it is complete and there will be a cancelled order fee.
How will I know if you have received my order?
An automatic response will be sent to your provided e-mail address confirming that Wings Hawaii has indeed received your order. If you fail to receive this e-mail within 24 hours, please call or e-mail and we will be able to check the status of your order.
When should I expect my order to arrive?
Packages should ship within 5 to 7 business days, however some items will need to be constructed per order, so allow up to 14 days for those special items. They will be shipped via USPS Flat Rate Service. Transit times may increase if your order is being shipped out of the country, to a rural address or during holiday seasons.
What if an item I order is back-ordered or unavailable?
Due to high demand for many of our items, Wings Hawaii can not always guarantee availability of all products. If you have ordered an item that is no longer available or if an item will be delayed in shipping, we will notify you via e-mail. Your credit card will be refunded if we cannot fulfill your item. If you don't see something that you are looking for, please call our sales staff at (808) 579-3110 during normal business hours (10 AM to 8 PM HST).
How much will it cost to ship my order?
We truly appreciate your business, Wings Hawai'i ships all packages for a flat rate of $6.80 via USPS to the United States and per size and weight internationally. If your order does not fit in the small flat rate box orders will be assessed for size and weight and you will be charged separately for additional freight charges.
How will I be able to track my package?
Upon shipping, Wings Hawaii will send you a confirmation e-mail which will include a USPS tracking number.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Residents outside of the state of Hawaii will not be charged sales tax. Shipping within the state of Hawaii will be charged 4.712% sales tax.
What is your return/exchange policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may exchange your merchandise within 14 days from date of purchase. Please note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Credit will only be issued if all returned items are unworn, unaltered, unwashed. All tags must be attached. If your item arrives damaged or missing from the package Wings Hawai'i is not responsible for improperly packed items. Please address with your local Postmaster.
Your credit will take 10-14 business days.
We recommend that you insure your package and only return your package with UPS, FedEx, or DHL, which allows you to track your package. Please write the return authorization number visibly on the outside of the return package.

What methods of payment does wingshawaii.com accept?
Wings Hawaii accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal. We do not accept checks via Paypal. Any orders processed this way will be cancelled.
How do I use a promotional or discount code that I have received when checking out with paypal?
Once you are ready to checkout, you will be redirected to Paypal to enter your credit card information, after which you will come back to our site where you can enter the your given code into the box marked “Promotional or Discount Code.” Once you press the "apply coupon" button the page will refresh and pricing information will update.
